It’s a decentralised Network made of nodes called witnesses. You publish a request to the Network to watch a page on a Chosen interval, and get alerts if they silently changed it. It also has a cloaking feature which detects if a page shows different content for different countries. I’m currently looking for node operators and any contributors that Are interested. What makes it useful is that you don’t have to Trust the Network, like you do for changedetector operators.
