Original Summary
I built SaaSville around a simple idea: startups pay to rank on a public leaderboard, but positions reset every week so nobody can lock the top forever. During the week, startups compete for rank starting from just $1 . The startups that hold the top positions for the longest total time get the biggest payoff: when Town freezes on Wednesday , the top positions stay locked for 24 hours on what we expect to be the highest-traffic day, with extra showcase perks and visibility. Then on Thursday, everything clears . Clean slate. Every startup starts again from $1. Fresh Fund is the cheaper route for newer startups — only 50 spots per cycle , community voting, rankings, and extra exposure. First full weekly cycle ends September 23, 2026 . We’re brand new, so there may be bugs — apologies in advance. I’d genuinely love people to try it and tell me what’s broken, confusing, or worth improving. Early users have the best shot at dominating the first freeze — more time to hold top spots at lower bids. I built a startup leaderboard that resets every week so nobody can own the top forever — plus a 50-slot Fresh Fund for new startups to get discovered. saasville.io submitted by /u/fedsdarlin [link] [comments]
