Original Summary
My brother and I have been building Podex. He builds the product, I do the marketing. We just shipped the biggest change so far and I'd like honest feedback from people who build things. The problem: we both listen to a lot of long interview shows (Diary of a CEO, Huberman, My First Million, Acquired). Great ideas, two or three hours each, and by the weekend most of it's gone. Summaries didn't fix that for us. Reading a shorter version is still just reading. So we turned it into daily micro-learning instead: - Today: one short lesson a day, pulled from the podcasts, with a note from Pody (our little headphone mascot) and the exact steps to try. - Tracks: business, mindset, fitness and skills to start, plus a new 9-day money track built from The Ramsey Show, Scott Galloway, Pieter Levels, Howard Marks and others. Your goal decides where you begin. - Check-ins: the next day you get one quick question about whether you did it, Pody's take on your answer, and room for a private note. - My Plan: your goals, a habit tracker, your progress and a reflection journal. - Reminders by email, at a time you choose, or none at all. Everything is built from full episode transcripts, so each tactic traces back to something the guest actually said. You can still paste a YouTube or podcast link to turn any episode into tactics, and save plays to Notion. Pricing, since people always ask: the first chapter of every track is free, plus 3 full episode unlocks and 3 paste-a-link generations, no card. Paid is $29.99/mo for every chapter, the full catalog and 20 generations a month. If you want to try it the link is in my bio. What I'd love feedback on: Onboarding asks about your goals before showing you anything. Does that feel helpful or like a hurdle? Is a next-day check-in useful, or would you rather just get the lesson? If you've used Headway, Imprint or Blinkist, what would make you pick a podcast-based one instead (or not)? Happy to return the favour. Drop your project below and I'll have a look. submitted by /u/Rich_Specific_7165 [link] [comments]
