I've been vibe coding for about two years, with a background in AI development. I've built and shipped apps. I recently open-sourced Pineflow , a free workflow for building mobile apps. It covers 11 stages, from validating an idea and setting up your project to building features, testing, handling subscriptions, submitting to app stores and launching. Each stage includes practical steps, prompts, commands and checks, plus reusable templates. I built it because I wish I'd had something like this when I started.
