Original Summary
Hey everyone! I've been working on building my own SaaS product, and one thing I've realized is that building the software might actually be easier than figuring out how to get people to use it. I've built a CRM with authentication, role-based access control, dashboards, and automation. Getting the core functionality working was a great learning experience, but now I'm trying to understand the business side of SaaS. I'm still early in the journey, and I'm trying to learn from people who have already gone through this stage. A few questions for founders here: How did you find your first 5–10 paying customers? Did you start with cold outreach, communities, personal networks, or content? How did you validate demand before investing more time in your product? I'd appreciate hearing about your real experiences, including what didn't work. Thanks! submitted by /u/Narrow-Relative-5514 [link] [comments]
