Original Summary

I've spent about seven months building Tonic, an app being built to turn wearable data into an adaptive supplement stack. I'm the founder. The working prototype is there. We're continuing to test it with clinical validators before early access. The vision goes beyond handing someone a list of ingredients. I want the stack to take account of their wearable trends, their health and lifestyle context, and how they respond over time. The reasoning should be clear enough that they can understand why a change is being considered. That's the distinction I'm trying to make when I talk about the stage we're at. The app is working, and the testing still matters. Both are true. The website and waitlist are live. People who join will get early access very soon: https://www.tonicpack.com If you use a wearable, which part of that experience would you want to see first: the reasoning behind a stack, or how a change over time is explained? submitted by /u/OutlandishnessNo5051 [link] [comments]
