Original Summary
I own an exterior cleaning company in Madison, WI. Almost every quote I send follows the same few rules: square feet times a rate, a bump for a second story, a minimum so small jobs still cover the drive, and a couple of add-ons. So I turned those rules into free calculators for 12 trades: pressure washing, house washing, roofs, decks, windows, gutters, mowing, aeration, Christmas lights, snow removal, tree trimming and house cleaning. You type your own rates once and it prices the job. Copy a clean quote to send, or save a link that keeps your rates. No signup, and nothing you type is stored. The rates on the page are only examples. What pricing rules does your trade use that I'm missing? submitted by /u/Jonhees_RL [link] [comments]
