I have seen a lot of advice on reddit that just see where your target audience is and reach out to them and make them your paid users. But, the question is, I also have some competition and my customer has options. Suppose you are my customer and I created a site which is website uptime monitor. You have a few options which are almost similar in feature. Who would you choose? But the twist is, my competition has some customer and I don't. What would you do here?
