Original Summary
I built a SaaS called Sapphires because I was tired of paying for Microsoft, Adobe and a handful of other tools and jumping between them all day. It's at 3 paying customers right now, and funny enough each one uses a different part of it. Here's everything it does today: Email: connect Gmail and Outlook accounts in one inbox, with rules/labels and AI drafted replies Calendar: your Google or Outlook calendars in one view Docs & spreadsheets: create and edit Word and Excel files, with version history Notes: notebooks and pages Team channels: chat for your team Contracts: organizations, contracts, amendments and the contract files Billing: Stripe invoices, recurring invoices, payments and subscriptions Bills: track payables and mark them paid Pages: publish simple web pages Social: upload to YouTube and post to Facebook AI assistant that works across all of it I also built a custom MCP server for it, so I can run the whole thing from Claude. I can ask it to check my email, draft an invoice, update a spreadsheet or even drive a browser on my phone. My questions for you: Would you actually replace M365 or Google Workspace with one tool to cut costs, or is switching too painful? Is the all-in-one space too saturated (Notion, Zoho, ClickUp etc.)? Should I narrow it down to one module instead of trying to do everything? Honest feedback welcome. submitted by /u/Bright_Wall4257 [link] [comments]
