Original Summary
Most teams use AI tools daily now, and I’m curious how companies of 5 to 15 people handle shared context. I mean specs, prompts and the reasons behind decisions. Where does it live in your company: docs, Slack, a repo, a shared tool, or in each person’s own chat? Which habit or tool failed first, and what replaced it? Mixed teams of founders, PMs and engineers seem to break at handoffs the most, so I’d like to hear from those teams especially. submitted by /u/flumang [link] [comments]
