I’m the author. Most voice tools bill per character or per minute, forever. We built the opposite: you buy the voice pack for your industry once (restaurants, clinics, hotels, retail, auto repair and about 35 more, in 12 languages), and you keep the audio. The library keeps growing: updated versions are free for buyers, so you don’t pay again as lines are added. Missing something? Request it. In the dashboard you can ask for a pack and we build it within 72 hours, and the included open-source agent (MIT) can send requests for missing phrases, which we write, check and voice for every pack in that industry. The agent runs on your own server and accounts to text, call and post to Slack, and plays only the approved sentences. Tested for real so far: calls, Slack, Google Calendar reads and text matching with STOP. Text delivery, email and Teams are still being tested. Non-English audio is marked native-review pending. The licence allows use in your own systems and group companies, with no resale of the audio.
