I’ve been fighting an addiction for 13 years. Nothing stuck long term, so I built the thing I wanted: somewhere calm to put my hands while the urge passes. Tap the water, flowers open, every bloom sends out a ripple that opens the next one. It also logs when your urges come so you can see the pattern, and it grows a garden that never shrinks when you slip.
