Original Summary
For more than two weeks I was sleeping 7 to 8 hours and still waking up tired. WHOOP was showing low recovery, a high resting heart rate and low HRV. I'm not saying those readings diagnose anything or that supplements would have fixed how I felt. They got me thinking about whether wearable trends and personal context could inform a supplement routine that adapts over time, with clear explanations for the choices and changes. I'm building that idea as Tonic. It's prelaunch, so there isn't an app or product to try yet. I'm trying to work out whether the idea is useful or asks people to trust too much. Would you want wearable trends to inform a supplement routine? What would make you trust it, or decide it's not for you? I'm the founder. The site and waitlist are here if you'd like more context: https://tonicpack.com submitted by /u/OutlandishnessNo5051 [link] [comments]
