Original Summary
i got tired of tracking job applications in a spreadsheet. a few weeks in i never knew where i'd applied, what i'd sent, or what the next step was. so i built my own tracker, called croncareers. what it does: paste a job url and it grabs the role title and company name automatically add notes, labels, next steps and due dates to each application custom fields, so you can track whatever you want (salary, referral, recruiter) job alerts : it watches a lot of company career pages (greenhouse, lever, ashby, workday and more) and notifies you by email, telegram, slack or discord when something new goes up. if a company is missing, you can add it yourself public portfolio page that's only reachable by its direct url, so you can put it on your resume and share it only with people you choose stack: next.js, postgres with drizzle, and a node worker that handles ingestion and alerts. link: https://croncareers.com submitted by /u/Consistent-Chart4095 [link] [comments]
