Hey everyone! I'm Mark, a solo developer from the Philippines, and I've been building a SaaS called Ranflo . It's a business management tool for freelancers, contractors, and small service businesses. The idea is to help them manage leads, clients, jobs, and basic financial records in one place instead of juggling Messenger conversations, spreadsheets, and scattered notes. The product currently includes lead capture forms, a sales pipeline, client and job tracking, a client portal, basic income and expense tracking, and customizable boards. I'm new to building and launching a SaaS, so I'm still figuring things out as I go. Looking back, I probably spent too much time building and polishing before getting it in front of actual users. But I'm trying to put myself out there regardless and learn from the experience. I'm also aware that Ranflo is missing a lot of features that competing products already offer. I'm not trying to match everything they have right away. I'd rather figure out which features actually matter to the people I'm building for before spending more time developing things based on assumptions. Ranflo is approaching launch, and while there may still be some bugs, I'm not aware of any that break the application's core functionality or compromise user data. There's still plenty of room for improvement, and I don't expect it to be perfect from day one. At this point, my biggest challenge isn't really development anymore. It's figuring out how to get the product in front of the right people and determine whether it solves a problem they're willing to use a dedicated tool for. For those of you who've launched a SaaS, how did you get your first few users? Did you focus on direct outreach, communities like Reddit, or something else? And how did you decide which missing features were worth prioritizing versus what could wait?
