It's been a month since I built my SaaS. So far: - 250+ users - 110+ projects created - ~$18 in total revenue I've spent most of my time building, shipping updates, and iterating on the product. I initially offered a lifetime deal, which I've now removed. Now I'm shifting my focus from building features to marketing and getting paying customers. Currently, I promote on X and YouTube, but most of my traffic comes from AI search, especially ChatGPT. For those who've grown their SaaS from scratch, what marketing channels would you recommend I focus on next?
