Hi, I've not really posted on reddit before but I thought this community would be able to help me. I'm currently working on a website for small businesses to manage their work shifts/rotas simply. Here's 1 photo I have so far of what I'm working with for my MVP. It shows how a rota would be laid out and editable. I know this idea may not be unique, so i was looking for advice from others. Is this a product I could realistically get people to use? I would eventually like to profit from this if possible but I'd prioritise quality and a strong user based first. If that does occur, at what point would it product become worth paying for? What frustrates you (if applicable) when dealing with rotas and timetables? What are differentiating features i could add in the future? I have some in mind such as storing employee time off requests and generating timetables using data.
