Original Summary
I’m building a Shopify tool that deals with supplier files and inventory. One thing I’ve been thinking about is where automation should stop. Say a supplier changes an SKU or sends two products with almost identical details. The software might think it knows the match, but one wrong guess could mess up someone’s inventory. I’d rather flag it and let a person confirm than have the app confidently get it wrong. Curious what other builders think. What’s something in your app you deliberately keep manual, even though you could automate it? submitted by /u/Reasonable_Major_458 [link] [comments]
