I've been building this by myself for a while now, It's a desktop ambient sound mixer for Windows that works 100% offline. It doesn't ship with any sounds and there's no AI in it anywhere, the app is just a tool for trimming, filtering, looping and mixing them into something. It only uses whatever you feed it or create inside it. Right now it's on a rough/prototype stage, not because the core is shaky, but because I'm the only frequent user so smaller stuff slips through, especially in newer or more niche features. Core mixing and playback have been solid for a while, it's the edges where you're more likely to hit something weird. I update it all the time lol. Main reason I'm posting: I honestly don't know if this is something other people would actually use, or if it ends up being a thing only I ever open. Before I put more time or money into it I want a real read on whether there's interest. It's free and i intend on making it FOSS but i'm still working through it.
