Original Summary

I'm Dante, the creator of Masters Vault. It's an Apple Digital Masters discovery app with 10,000+ albums verified against Apple's catalog, now in open beta. mastersvault.app I wanted a place to dig through these records and make the collection feel like my own. You can browse by artist, genre and era, find releases available in Dolby Atmos or Hi-Res Lossless, and open an album in Apple Music. The personal part is My Vault: organize records into crates, pick eight favorites for your Top Shelf, add notes and arrange the collection your way. Email-link or Google sign-in keeps it synced between your phone and computer. You can browse without signing in. Two discovery features go deeper: Album DNA: sourced recording, mixing and mastering credits for selected albums, with connections to engineers and studios. Echoes: connections between songs and the earlier recordings they sample or interpolate. I built it with help from Claude and Codex, directing the design and working through testing and real cross-device sign-in/sync checks. The beta is free, independent and not affiliated with Apple. I'm adding albums and expanding the discovery features as feedback comes in. I'd appreciate a fresh pair of eyes: is the first visit clear, does building a crate make sense, and what would make you come back to it? You can request albums or report problems through the site's menu, or tell me here. submitted by /u/Weak-Economist-4503 [link] [comments]
