Original Summary
I've been vibe coding a project with a small team (6). Within 7 weeks I was doing almost all the work. Not because my teammates didn't want to help. Everything we'd decided (the stack, what we'd cut, which prompt fixed which bug) lived in my chats with the AI. Handing a task over meant re-explaining the whole project, so I kept doing it myself. I'm not selling anything and haven't built anything. I'm trying to work out if this is a common problem or just how my team works. A few things I'd like to hear about: How do you hand a half-finished AI coding task to a teammate? What happens when two people prompt the same project? Which docs or setup steps do you wish you'd done before the first prompt? If you've found something that works, I'd like to hear it. If you tried something and it failed, I'd like to hear that even more. Happy to share what I learn back here. submitted by /u/Historical-Debt1473 [link] [comments]
