No account, no tracking Mobile-first: swipe left/right to navigate, up/down to like/dislike, double-tap for fullscreen, bottom sheet for tags Extras: share a cam link, Telegram bot ping when a model goes live, panic button (spacebar = pixel-dissolve + instant gif), vision-based auto-tagging of rooms Stack: Node + vanilla JS frontend, hls.js tuned for low-latency zapping, zero frameworks. Currently hosted on a modest VPS while I see how traction develops before scaling up hardware. What I learned: the hardest part wasn't the video player, it was stream reliability.
