Hey everyone, I see a lot of folks building amazing products on this sub, but distribution and getting those first few paying customers always seems to be the biggest bottleneck. I’ve been diving deep into B2B outbound and lead gen lately, and now I’m looking for a few real-world projects to actually put it into practice. I want to pick 2 or 3 SaaS projects from here and try running outbound from scratch. The goal is to actually try and get a qualified meeting booked directly on your calendar.
