Original Summary
I’ve been thinking about this a lot while building my own SaaS. You can have analytics, revenue data, product usage, dashboards, etc. telling you that something changed. But then comes the harder question: What do you actually do about it? For example, if conversion drops, do you immediately try to fix the funnel? Or do you first figure out whether the drop is actually the problem, or just a symptom of something else? I’m curious how other founders handle this. Do you have a specific process for going from: “Something looks wrong” → “Here’s what we should do next” Or is it mostly experience / intuition? submitted by /u/nextep_builder [link] [comments]
