We are born with a body and a name, but our identity seems to emerge over time. Memories accumulate. Experiences connect. Relationships leave marks. Preferences appear. The way we interpret the world becomes increasingly our own. So what actually makes us the same person over time? Our memories? Our experiences? Our personality? The continuity between them?
