Original Summary
Update 2: We moved to a new bedroom and CO2 levels at night got very high again and we'd both regularly wake up at night, not optimal So I wanted to do the bathroom vent trick again, where putting the bathroom vent next to the bedroom on at night creates a low air pressure field and brings in new fresh air But the light switch was tied to the vent here so it'd blast bright light into the bedroom if vent was on, so I closed it but then it didn't help a lot. So we split the light from the vent now and put it on and it worked! About 600-700 ppm CO2 which is pretty great for indoors, outdoors is 400 for ex Next house will have an ERV system built in but it'll be a lot of breaking ceilings and walls to put that into this one so this works for now I use @airthings to measure the air quality in our house and bedroom, not affiliated, not paid but great brand and tip by @NorbertDragan @levelsio : 🌡️ Update: 100% sleep score with bathroom fan on to keep CO2 low It sucks CO2 out of the room and creates a low pressure field that brings in new fresh air from outside the room Last time 100% sleep was in an Airbnb in Brazil we stayed which was a house built in 1970s mostly Link: https://x.com/levelsio/status/2051598905863721368
