Hi everyone, just sharing a small project: https://github.com/abird-ai/agentc A minimal, extensible coding agent in freestanding C23. - Single static binary under 1 MB, no libc, no runtime - ~0.7 MB RSS startup, ~2-4mb idle, under 1 ms startup - MCP client (tools, prompts, resources) - Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Ollama and OpenAI-compatible presets - Extensions behind a versioned C ABI, with a Rust binding crate - Linux x86-64/aarch64/riscv64, macOS arm64/x86-64, Windows x86-64 MIT Would love for anyone on macOS or Windows to try it: Linux is tested end to end, but those two have only run in CI so far.
