I've been building out & growing side projects for awhile now and had a few start to (moderately) take off but the biggest painpoint for me is just having to check analytics / SEO / blog posts etc in 10 different tabs and then dropdowns on each of those, I rolled all my projects into 1 LLC to make payments & tracking a bit easier, and then built an internal tool for monitoring things (which is what this is now!). Find / discover posts in Hacker News, Reddit, Twitter, etc where people are talking about similar products to yours or pain points.
