Original Summary
when closing enterprise or custom tier deals, sending a PDF proposal or scope document feels like sending work into a black hole. We recently put together a full technical spec for an enterprise lead architecture breakdown, API integration limits, multi-tier pricing, and implementation constraints. Exported to a 10-page PDF. On the review call it was painfully obvious the decision-maker opened it on mobile, zoomed in on the pricing table at the end, and skipped every single constraint we outlined. Now they're asking why certain custom features weren't included when they were literally detailed on page 3. For B2B founders sending high-ticket or custom proposals: How are you actually presenting technical scopes so prospects digest the constraints? Are people sticking to PDFs, or have you successfully moved leads to hosted links/interactive pages without procurement complaining about attachments? submitted by /u/Brute125 [link] [comments]
