It is currently pre-revenue, so there is no MRR to use for valuation. However, it has some actual organic traction: • ~5,500 unique visitors in the last 30 days • ~11,400 pageviews in the last 30 days • 11,382 Google Search clicks • 696,505 Google Search impressions • 2,307 Google Search clicks in September • Traffic comes primarily from organic search • 30+ profile scoring signals • 12 additional free tools • 65+ SEO pages and 120+ blog articles • Working product, domain, source code, brand, and AI integration included I'm considering selling it because I'm moving my focus to other projects. I'm not looking to promote it here, so I'm deliberately not posting the name or URL. I'm trying to understand the market before I decide how to proceed. For people who have sold/bought similar pre-revenue SaaS projects: Where would you actually list something like this? What would you consider a realistic asking price? Would you value it primarily based on the traffic/SEO traction, the code/product, or the strategic acquisition potential? Would something in the $500–$1,500 range be realistic, or am I thinking about this incorrectly? I'd especially appreciate answers from people who have actually completed acquisitions rather than general SaaS valuation theory. submitted by /u/Comfortable_Ebb_6792 [link] [comments]
