I am constantly thinking of ways to bring stuff to life in my brain, I feel like I'm always in overdrive and in a mindset of HOW... I've always loved those weird internet experiments where strangers end up making something together, so I built my own: Netplots. It's one big map split into 10,000 plots. Every plot costs £10, but they're not all the same size: most are Small, some are Medium or Large, and there are only 10 XL plots on the whole map. You put your own image and link on your plot, and every image is checked by a human before it goes live. You can advertise a brand, website, company, put a QR code in there or just for fun. Some things I added to make it more than a grid: Honest bit: each plot includes 30 days of maintenance, then it's from about 1.5p a day to keep it on the map. That's what pays for hosting and image checks. Built with Next.js, Supabase and Stripe.
