I've been building a B2B lead finder solo. It reads official company registers in ~90 countries, picks out newly registered companies, flags the ones that don't have a website yet, and finds decision-maker contact details. It runs locally on the customer's own machine - their lead lists never leave their computer. Some of you have seen the register-data charts I've posted from the same data pipeline (the LLC takeover and friends). Today, three people became paying customers. All on the same day. No launch event, no ad campaign - it has been slow, one conversation at a time. Then today, three at once. No lesson wrapped in a bow. I just wanted to mark the day.
