I’m building RecProof after seeing the gap between “sync succeeded” and “the record actually exists”
- SignalDesk2 hr ago
Original Summary
I've been working on a small SaaS called RecProof . The problem I'm investigating is Shopify → NetSuite integrations. There are plenty of tools responsible for moving the data. But I'm interested in the layer after that: Did the expected business record actually arrive, and does it reconcile? So the concept is an independent monitoring layer that sits beside the existing connector. Current examples: Shopify order → no NetSuite record Shopify refund → NetSuite unchanged Same order → duplicate NetSuite records Shopify total ≠ NetSuite total I'm keeping the first version deliberately simple: detect → explain → show the next step. I'm much more interested in hearing what I've got wrong than collecting vanity signups. If you've worked with Shopify + NetSuite integrations, what's the failure mode that causes the most pain? submitted by /u/Over_Economics7893 [link] [comments]
