Original Summary
Hi r/SideProject ! I'm the maker of Island Music, a desktop-browser music project that turns instrumental tracks into a little pixel-band performance. You can describe an idea to create music with AI, or import a MIDI file you already have. During playback, you can solo or mute individual instruments and open close-up views of the musicians. There is also a studio for editing your own pieces and MIDI export for continuing work elsewhere. The part I'd especially like feedback on is the connection between listening and seeing the arrangement: does watching the players and isolating their parts help you follow a song, or is it mainly a fun visual? Try an existing performance: https://island.notalabs.cn/listen/77cfd32a-8912-4fb9-84d2-7877202a0394 Website: https://island.notalabs.cn/ Please use a desktop browser. AI creation requires an account and uses credits; this isn't an unlimited free generator. The linked example is an AI-created instrumental piece. I'd appreciate feedback on the first-listen experience, the instrument controls, and anything that makes the product confusing to use. submitted by /u/Kind-Walrus-6238 [link] [comments]
