Original Summary

sep 25 i launched a free thing: everyone pushes one virtual rocket 1 km, once. 12 people in 3 days, then zero. feedback was brutal. unclear, looks vibe coded, why do i need to sign in, click and get a certificate, so what. today it hit 100 km, which is where space starts. 100 people, 43 countries. what changed: i let people bring something. you can put what you're building on your km. before that, 1 of the first 12 had a project. after, 73 of the next 88 did. people don't care about a counter, they care about their thing being seen. push first, sign in after. asking for an account before anything was losing half the people. i posted. the boring one. when i stopped for 3 days, traffic went from ~100 a day to 7. still small, and most of it came from reddit. but the first 100 are a real crew now, from ipad games to saas. if you've grown something past the first 100, what did the next 100 take? submitted by /u/Emergency-Pack2500 [link] [comments]
