Every AI model ships with a spec sheet. Context window, latency, known limitations, changelog. You read it and you know how to work with the thing before you start. People don't come with one. You find out someone is unreachable before 11, loses ten minutes every time you switch their task, and goes quiet for three days... slowly, over months, the hard way. So I built https://spec.md (or https://spec.md/allan for an example): a spec sheet for a person, written by the person. Public by default, lockable with a PIN. Sign-in is a magic link, no passwords. The front page is the Average Human: every public spec mashed into one made-up person, who gets a new line written about them once a day. Vue, Node, Postgres, Claude for the average line.
