Original Summary
Hey — I play competitive events and kept running into the same thing: friends with good decks, me without one that weekend, awkward “I’ll Venmo you if something happens.” So we’ve been building LeaseCards (leasecards.com): players and stores list decks (Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, Riftbound). You can look for 0€ rent options — you pay a small service fee, and a deposit is blocked/frozen in escrow on the card. That’s the security piece: cards come back, or the card value is covered. Not some vague “full insurance” claim — just deposit + escrow. Also: post a request if you need a deck for a tournament; stores/friends can offer. Pickup via shop outposts or friends, and you can pick meeting points. Vendors can list full decks or individual meta cards. Features are rolling out; if you’re into community rentals for TCGs, filter for free rentals / post a request and tell me what would make you actually use it. submitted by /u/leasecards [link] [comments]
