I’m building Skillfully , a publisher for paid AI agent skills. The starting point is an author or consultant who already has a method people pay to learn. Instead of building a chatbot that answers questions about their work, we turn part of that method into instructions an AI can use on a specific task. One example is Rob Snyder, author of PULL . We’ve been working on a skill that helps founders review customer calls using his approach. The distinction I care about is whether the AI can help someone apply the method to their actual work not just explain what the author believes. Skillfully handles subscriptions, access, updates and usage analytics. I work with the author on the skill itself. The aim is to learn from how people use it and keep improving it, rather than sell a file and disappear. It’s early. The next thing I need to prove is that we can repeat this with other authors and build something their readers keep using. I’m looking to work with authors and practitioners who have a specific method and an audience that already trusts them.
