Original Summary
Hey r/SideProject — I built GlyphSnap to turn lettering on paper into a font you can use. Take or choose a photo of handwritten letters or lettering. GlyphSnap finds the characters, suggests labels, and lets you review and correct them. Then you can fill gaps by drawing, preview the typeface, and export an OpenType font. The app is free to explore and use for building and previewing your font. Exporting, installing, or publishing requires GlyphSnap Pro: $3.99/month, $19.99/year, or $39.99 lifetime. I want to be clear about that upfront. I’m the developer. If you try it, I’d especially like to know whether photo detection and correcting the results feel clear, and where the workflow gets frustrating.
