Original Summary

I run WidgetsForNotion. You describe a widget, say "a countdown to May 15 called Finals with a progress ring", and the AI builds it and gives you a link to embed in Notion. Every generation used to cost a credit. About 1 in 100 people who pressed Generate ended up buying a pack, which is low. So on Friday I made the first one free. No account, you just see the widget. If you want to keep it, that's $1.99 for 10 credits. Changes still cost a credit. Each free one costs me about 2.5 cents in AI, so I need roughly 2.4% of people to buy to break even. I'll check on 29 Oct. https://widgetsfornotion.com/tools/notion-widget-maker Anyone tried a free first use before a paywall? Did it actually help? submitted by /u/farrukh-hewson [link] [comments]
