Original Summary
Every startup book says the same - Build fast. Test the market. Get feedback. Iterate. But that advice quietly assumes you already have an audience. "Ship it raw and iterate" only works if there's someone there to iterate with. If nobody's watching, you don't get feedback. You get silence. And silence is indistinguishable from " nobody wants this. " The tolerance for raw products has collapsed too. People expect complete bug free value on day one, and honestly I'd not trust it either. So building something real means: edge cases, failure modes, security, UX, integrations, things breaking in ways you didn't predict. All the boring invisible work, with no audience while you do it. I'm sure other solo founders here feel this. How are you handling the gap between what you know is broken and what you're allowed to show? submitted by /u/BaraSlim [link] [comments]
