Original Summary
Every evening at 19:30, everyone in the UK and Ireland who has the app sits for twenty minutes at the same instant: a bell, a recorded voice for a couple of minutes, then silence. Nobody leads it. A counter shows how many are sitting with you. That's thewhole idea. There's also a directory of 284 real places to practise, each one looked at by a person, and a feed with no followers and no algorithm. It's been on both stores for a month. I built it alone, no investors. It's free, no ads, no tracking. The honest number: last Sunday eight phones sat, and all eight were mine or my test accounts. Two real people signed up that day, both in Ireland. One of them arrived an hour after the bell. That's my actual problem, and I'd like your view on it. A same-minute product is worth nothing at one. Every channel I've tried brings people at the wrong hour, to an empty room. If you've built anything that only works when people show up together, how did you get past the first ten? mindfulconnect.co submitted by /u/gabriel_sille [link] [comments]
