Emma is the AI operations agent connecting that relationship with the work behind it: bookings and daily operations, personalized guest journeys, revenue opportunities, and online reputation. Bucket also gives that business a way to serve customers arriving through AI assistants like ChatGPT, using the same live offerings, availability, and policies.
