Original Summary

I’ve been around the crypto/memecoin space for a while. It can be toxic as hell, but it’s never boring. I also genuinely like contests, so I’m always watching for meme competitions, art challenges, games, bounties, whatever else communities come up with. Something I kept noticing was that newer projects launch contests to get attention, but usually end up reaching the same small circle that already follows them. They post it on X, repost it a couple times and... hope, basically. On the other side, plenty of people would enter these contests if they actually knew they existed. But the prize is in an image, the rules are buried in a thread, the deadline is somewhere else, and two days later the post has vanished into the timeline. So I built Prize Terminal, a free discovery site that puts active crypto opportunities into one feed. Each listing includes: What the contest actually is Prize and deadline How to enter Who’s running it The original source You can filter the feed, save contests and Boost listings you think more people should see. Organizers can also submit an X post instead of filling out some giant form from scratch. The weirdly hard part hasn’t been building the feed. It’s trust. Crypto users are skeptical for good reason, so every listing needs a clear source, an accurate deadline and a real distinction between what Prize Terminal checked versus what the organizer claims. Prize Terminal doesn’t run or endorse the contests. It organizes the information and points people back to the official source. It’s still early, and I’d honestly appreciate feedback: Would you use something like this? What would make you trust a listing? Which filters or alerts would actually be useful? https://prizeterminal.com Disclosure: I built it. It’s free to browse and doesn’t require connecting a wallet. submitted by /u/bald_and_beard [link] [comments]
