I'm the founder of Invlo , a small invoicing tool. I'm not here to pitch it. I've posted on TikTok almost every day for a month trying to grow it organically. Result so far: 4 users. Without an existing audience, organic is much slower than the "build in public" posts make it look. I'm putting a small test budget into paid ads now, but I'd rather learn from people who've been through this: If you grew with organic alone, what was the first thing that actually moved the needle? How long before you saw real traction, and how many posts or videos did it take? If you tried and failed, what would you do differently?
