Original Summary

When I started building Kinetic, I made the same mistake I think a lot of first-time founders make. I kept adding things. More features. More workout options. More sections. More things that I thought would make it feel like a “real” product. But eventually I realised I was moving further away from the actual problem I wanted to solve: People go to the gym and don't know what to do. So I started stripping Kinetic back. Now the idea is simple: You tell it your goal, experience level and how often you can train → Kinetic gives you workouts tailored around that. No scrolling through hundreds of workouts trying to figure out which one is right for you. I've already managed to get my first paying customers, which was a pretty crazy feeling considering this started as just an idea. There's still a LOT I want to improve, though. I'm building it publicly and would genuinely appreciate people tearing it apart: https://train-with-kinetic.com If you've built a SaaS/product before, what's one thing you wish you'd realised earlier? submitted by /u/Affectionate-Fly4167 [link] [comments]
