Original Summary

This is a solo project I started because of our own team meetings. In many planning meetings most people just built on whatever was already on the board, so the first few notes pretty much decided where it went. We also wanted timed rounds and a way to vote, and afterwards it always took ages to group the notes and figure out what to actually do about each group. So I made a whiteboard that handles those. You can run a timed round where everyone writes on their own and the notes only show up for everyone when time's up (that's what the video shows). Voting works the same way, nobody sees the dots until the end. After that you can select the notes and let the AI group them into themes. The other thing I use it for a lot is mapping out the architecture of systems I'm new to at work (I'm an SE in a large company with slightly too many micro-services). You can describe the system to get a first diagram and fix it from there, and boards can link to each other, so a bigger system can be split into a board per part. After some time, I decided to make this public in case other find it useful. There's a free plan with timers and voting. The private writing rounds are on the paid plan (€8 per person a month). Would love to hear what's confusing or missing, especially if you run retros or or other meetings with whiteboards. Getting feedback outside our use-cases would be really valuable.
