I’ve somehow reached the point where managing my side projects has become another side project. Ideas are scattered across notes, deadlines live in my calendar, tasks are in different tools, and half the time I forget why I started something in the first place. Most project management apps feel either too heavy or too focused on individual tasks rather than the bigger picture. I’d love something that could see all my projects in one place, understand my available time, help me decide what to prioritise, and gently tell me when I’m taking on too much.
