Original Summary
For years, whenever I needed to format an API response, I just clicked whatever JSON tool was the first result on Google. They worked, but they always felt clunky: covered in banner ads, looking like they were built in 2010, and just annoying to use. Eventually I got fed up and decided to build my own clean alternative. What started as a quick personal tool ended up replacing all of them in my daily workflow. What I focused on: Zero ads, 100% client-side (no data sent to servers) Tree view and formatted code view Quick search across keys/values (Enter / Shift+Enter) Accurate error pointing with line and column numbers Remembers state in localStorage so you don't lose data GitHub: https://abi4ka.github.io/Json-Formatter/ Hope it saves someone else some frustration. Feedback is welcome. submitted by /u/ab14ka [link] [comments]
