Original Summary
Hi! I've been using my own app for myself and would love to open it for more people. Why another recipe app? Mine focuses on efficiency: instead of planning with dates and handling ingredients, just throw ideas and missing items into the sidebar whenever they come, and your shopping list gets updated and organized. Planned meals get a "cookability status" based on the items you checked. You can import recipes from anywhere (websites, text, photos and soon social media), add them to your plan, and just throw things into the sidebar whenever you're out of something. My philosophy is to think about meals, not ingredients . I'm calling it Cuicuit 🐥 Free to use with the hosted app. Open-source & self-hostable because I just love OSS! Still early but I would love some feedback, thank you! submitted by /u/JackDaxter [link] [comments]
